Experienced Event Designers will help personalize a menu to fulfill your specific desires, down to the finest detail. International cuisines are a specialty, including Mediterranean, Pan-Asian, North African, South American, & American Nouveau.

Maclane Thurston

Chef Mac Thurston cultured his passion for fine cuisine in the organic growing regions of Northern California.

After several years of traveling the country, creating culinary masterpieces for athletes, celebrities, and presidents at events like The Kentucky Derby, US Open & PGA Masters, Chef Thurston decided to make his home in Portland, Oregon. Here he lives out his passion to bring the freshest and finest local meats and produce to the luxury dinner table.
